When the new benchmark of the ‘first-to-market economy’ meets the global fast-food superstar, CRRC and KFC have jointly created the ‘Mobile Delicacy Station’ that has crossed mountains and rivers! This red dining car packed with cutting-edge technology not only breaks through spatial limitations for KFC’s classic flavors, but also writes a new chapter of rural revitalization in Xiangxi.

Recently, a unique mobile food truck set off from Zhuzhou, traveling through five prefecture-level cities including Shaoyang, Huaihua, and Jishou, as well as nine townships, before finally arriving at Shibadong Village in Huayuan County, western Hunan. This is the CRRC “Jingrui” pure electric mobile food truck, a joint innovation by CRRC Electric and Hunan KFC. As an innovative achievement of the “first-mover economy,” it has garnered significant attention since its launch.

CRRC’s’ Jingrui’ entered Shibadong Village and began trial operations at the Guanxiangmen Market in Jishou City, Xiangxi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture. The vehicle immediately captured public attention upon its debut, drawing crowds of onlookers.
